Police officers often see people on the worst days of their lives and are able to connect with them on a level that others are not.  Once an officer contacts us, we create an Assignment and a call-to-action for the community to support.  Often times the need is financial, but some Assignments ask for specific donations of goods, or perhaps time and labor, such as – help installing a screen door.
